Hi, I’m Aly!

I’m an autistic Accessibility Specialist, facilitator, and educator based in Kjipuktuk (Halifax), Nova Scotia. I help organizations build the practical skills and relevant knowledge they need to embed accessibility into their everyday work.

I’ve been honing my advocacy and facilitation skills for as long as I could speak. I care deeply about psychological safety, radical candor, and trauma-informed practice—along with cultivating spaces where people feel heard, valued, and respected.
