Hi, I’m Aly!

I’m an Accessibility Consultant and Educator based in Kjipuktuk (Halifax), Nova Scotia.

I’ve been honing my advocacy and facilitation skills for as long as I could speak. I care deeply about psychological safety, radical candor, and trauma-informed practice—along with cultivating spaces where people feel heard, valued, and respected.

My professional background is grounded in lived experience, and supported by my wealth of experience in community engagement, program development, relationship management, and impact-driven communications.

My most impactful work sits at the intersection of accessibility strategy, education, and remediation—facilitating meaningful organizational change through the creation of tailored accessibility plans designed to move organizations through their learning journey.
